The Steely Pan Steel Band, directed by Dr. Diana Loomer, performs music inspired by the steel pan tradition of Trinidad and Tobago, including student and alumni arrangements of popular tunes. Student musicians of any major can join the ensemble, and steel pan experience is not required. The band frequently performs on campus, around the state of North Carolina, and throughout the region.
Admission is FREE and open to the public. No ticket is required.
