Their concerts are highly interactive experiences for people of all ages\, parties in which the sounds of 12-string guitar\, flute\, trombone\, saxophone\, beatboxing\, and percussion blend together to support and uplift the main event: vocal harmonies! \nThese performances feature old and new songs from Dan + Claudia’s Smithsonian Folkways records as well as beloved classics from the Dan Zanes and Friends deep catalog. Whether it’s singing along\, dancing\, or just letting the music relax the mind\, when Dan + Claudia and Tyree perform there’s something for everyone. \nTime magazine called Dan Zanes “the family music genre’s most outspoken advocate.” NPR referred to him as “the gold standard in family music.” Today the sounds are fresh\, reimagined and perfectly suited to inspire the next generation.
